ExceL Esports has revealed via a new video below that their new home for League of Legends training in the European Championship (LEC) will be at the home of England rugby - Twickenham Stadium.
Twickenham is no stranger to esports, having hosted many of the Faceit Minor competitions and early stages leading up to the CS:GO Major in London last year, and this is where the 10-man ExceL squad will call home too.
This will include gym facilities, on-site catering, sports pyschologists, and more, and it was important for ExceL to clearly divide the space in which the team plays and where they discuss with coaches and have meetings. The playing space will even mimic the conditions of the stage as closely as possible.
