The esports organisation Fnatic has signed a monumental partnership with the cryptocurrency payment platform Crypto.com. The deal that is said to be valued at $15 million is slated to be five years in length and marks Fnatic's first global cryptocurrency partner.

The deal will see Crypto.com's logo featured on the collarbone of Fnatic's jerseys, and will also see Fnatic offering a bunch of different experiences and rewards for those who purchase Fnatic gear through Crypto.com. There will also be a range of exclusive Fnatic NFTs launching in the future.

In return, Crypto.com will work with Fnatic on a list of activations, including gaming content, branded in-game experiences, and physical events. Fnatic is also set to be offering a variety of financial literacy and crypto education opportunities to help anyone new to the systems and economy get up to speed.

"This partnership sees global leaders in esports and cryptocurrency join forces for a ground-breaking, long-term partnership," said Sam Mathews, Fnatic's CEO. "Fnatic boasts one of the most connected, involved and supportive fan bases in the world and this landmark deal with Crypto.com allows us to further cater to their everyday needs. As cryptocurrency becomes a mainstream payment method, there's never been a better time to help our fans make smarter, healthier and future-proof cryptocurrency decisions."
