In a rather unexpected teaser featuring none other than Shaquille O'Neal, it was announced that Cody "Clix" Conrod would be joining NRG Esports.
The 15-year-old Fornite pro had been with Misfits Gaming since 2019 and simultaneously enjoyed great success on Twitch, where he currently has 1.5 million followers. In one year he has already proved to be a formidable force within the world of competitive Fortnite, as he has competed in several major events, such as the Fornite World Cup. Clix now joins Zayt, benjyfishy, EpikWhale and Edgey within NRG's Fornite roster.
